We will be using golf genius to sign up to play. Two weeks prior to a play day, golf genius will send you an email with a link to sign up. Signups will close at 5:00 pm four days prior to each play day.

Our league is committed to using our tee times once pairings have been sent out (3 days prior to each play day). Therefore, if you need to cancel after pairings have been set, it is your responsibility to find a sub to play in your spot. If you don’t have a sub, you will be responsible for paying your greens fees to the course (even in bad weather). The only exception to this is if the course closes.

In addition, all league participants at Raccoon Creek will enjoy the club rates every time they play during Raccoon Creek’s prime season. Note the following restrictions:

- Club rate discounts may not be combined with other promotions for the league member.

- Guests of league members are subject to the regular rack rates.

- Guests may redeem valid promotions.

League members receive a 20% discount on regular priced stock items including: apparel, headware, bags, shoes, gloves, most accessories.

Items excluded from the 20% discount include: special orders, items already on sale, golf balls, clubs, big ticket accessories including electric carts, push carts, range finders and GPS devices.

League members receive a 10% discount on their food and beverage purchases in the restaurant (excluding alcohol).

Pace of play is important. Please keep up with the group in front of you. We are expected to finish our 9 holes in 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Please plan to socialize with our group in the clubhouse after your round!
